The room layout was a bit confusing, but the view was stunning. The bed was uncomfortable; we found dirty sheets with a black stain, and the bedspread was less than appealing. Temperature control was lacking in the second room, causing discomfort. While noise from the hallway was noticeable at night, the outdoor deck area was lovely. The bathroom had issues, including a clogged shower that took forever to resolve. Despite the pool area having nice furniture, overall cleanliness was problematic. Staff interactions varied; some were accommodating, while others were less than helpful.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff are certainly highlights. Rooms smelled great and appeared clean upon arrival. the hotel is undergoing renovations, leaving a dusty environment with unfinished areas. The pool and hot tub were disappointingly cold, lacking the cleanliness one expects. advertised amenities like the restaurant and bar were unavailable; an urgent update is required on their website. Bathrooms need attention—loose fixtures and drainage issues detracted from our experience. Staffing at the front desk could be improved; calls often went unanswered. This place has potential with its good location, but significant improvements are necessary to meet basic standards of cleanliness and function.

No breakfast option despite misleading communication. The room was clean but poorly maintained—loose shower handles, an unhinged toilet seat, and a confusing layout. Dogs were accommodated well, but the floors needed serious cleaning; my feet were black. Lastly, the lack of signage made navigating the property frustrating, especially with luggage. It felt overpriced for what was offered, especially considering the lack of basic amenities.

The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear every word the neighbors said. Plus, we found a bed bug! The management was unhelpful, and it was just a miserable experience overall. Never again!

Expedition Lodge is ideally situated near Rocky Mountain National Park, only a short drive from the Moose Entrance. The staff members were especially welcoming and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant stay. room cleanliness and facilities need improvement for a truly enjoyable experience.

The staff was super friendly, helped us right away when we needed extra towels.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but still a fair deal.

The room at Rocky Mountain was equipped with a flat-screen TV, which was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The parquet floor added a nice touch of coziness to the space. The free toiletries provided were a nice bonus and helped make my stay more comfortable. there were some areas that could use some improvement. I was disappointed to find that there were no ironing facilities in the room. As someone who likes to keep their clothes neat, this was a bit of an inconvenience. the room lacked proper heating, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly either. This made it a bit challenging to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. On the bright side, the hotel had a sitting area outside which offered a peaceful retreat to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Unfortunately, the terrace could have been better maintained with some garden furniture to enhance the outdoor experience. In terms of amenities, I was hoping for an AM/FM alarm clock in the room, but that was missing. While the hotel did offer laundry services, I found that the shops and commercial services were limited and not very convenient. All in all, my stay at Rocky Mountain had its ups and downs. Despite the shortcomings, the location and overall charm of the place made it a memorable experience.

Located in a prime spot with comfy beds and a convenient but noisy heating system. The shuttle service, although challenging to figure out at first, turned out to be reliable and complimentary, allowing easy access to nearby attractions during our romantic getaway.

The room was a disappointing mess with dirty floors that left us with black feet. Some staff members lacked helpfulness, especially when it came to explaining directions.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with modern tile floors and a walk-in shower with a rain head shower head. the bed was cozy and the room was well-maintained. i also appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and large refrigerator in the room. the location, close to the lake but not right in town, was perfect for a peaceful stay.

Nothing to dislike! 😊

We chose Rocky Mountain Hotel & Conference Center specifically for its prime location near Rocky Mountain National Park. The 4-star accommodation with a hot tub and barbecue exceeded our expectations. The 24-hour front desk and Wi-Fi availability were greatly appreciated, adding convenience to our stay.

Missing advertised amenities, inadequate communication.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful front area around the fireplace and the nice breakfast spot at Rocky Mountain Hotel & Conference Center. The heated saltwater pool was a hit with my family. Despite some noise from the ice machine and an issue with the room amenities, the staff were kind and apologetic. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

We hit the trails for biking and hiked like beasts, then tackled a frozen waterfall - epic! The game room was off the hook, with pool, foosball, and arcade games for days.

Wish they had a sick rooftop bar or chill lounge for us party animals to unwind after owning the outdoor adventures.
